Sheila's employment background includes many years in management in the resort industry. Her passion since childhood has been rescuing countless stray cats, loving all dogs and wildlife. Sheila wants only the best for each animal. This led to her career change by accepting the Practice Manager position at Gainesville Veterinary Hospital in 2001. She has led many teams here and enjoys our clients immensely

Sheila Mulligan was born & raised in Hialeah, Florida. After marrying her husband Mike, they moved to Daytona Beach. Many of their vacations were to North Georgia and eventually they relocated to Georgia in 1998. Sheila and Mike now have a home in Dahlonega that they share with their 5 crazy cats. She is happiest in the outdoors enjoying a good hike and nature.
